Responsibilities

Counsel clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, and tax matters
Draft and implement estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and related instruments
Manage trust and probate administration from inception through completion
Advise clients on trust funding, asset titling, and administration strategies
Maintain frequent and direct client contact
Collaborate with attorneys across firm offices and practice areas
Travel to nearby cities as client's needs require

Required

Active admission to the Florida Bar
3-5 years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and tax matters
Ability to step into an active caseload with minimal ramp-up
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple matters efficiently
Comfortable working independently while contributing to a team-based practice
Proficient with legal technology and modern law office systems
Familiarity with Florida probate courts and local procedures

Preferred

Experience with elder law and wealth planning
