Information Technology Support Technician
Buffalo Exchange is seeking an Information Technology Support Technician to provide technical support across their stores, headquarters, and warehouse. Providing phone, email and in-person technical support to employees at all levels of the company
Preparing equipment for deployment
Assisting with equipment and software evaluations

Qualification
Required
Experience with PC hardware/software
Experience with MS Office
Experience with Windows 11
Excellent communication skills
Must be willing to travel
Must have a valid driver's license
Preferred
Familiarity with POS systems
Familiarity with SaaS administration
Basic to intermediate understanding of networking
Basic to intermediate understanding of cloud SaaS (Gmail) administration
Ability to multitask
Enjoyment of an energetic, high-productivity environment
Positive, can-do attitude
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
