Signet Health is seeking a licensed therapist to join a highly stable, award-winning outpatient behavioral health program embedded within MedStar Washington Hospital Center. This role focuses on providing structured outpatient individual therapy and collaborating with a diverse interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Join a highly stable, award-winning outpatient behavioral health program

Provide outpatient individual therapy, utilizing a time-limited, short-term treatment model

Collaborate with a licensed interdisciplinary team including social workers, psychologists, counselors, and psychiatrists

Participate in structured cross-coverage support for various programs including PHP, IOP, virtual therapy, addiction services, and group therapy

Qualification

Active DC licensurePrior outpatient experienceShort-term treatment modelsInterdisciplinary collaborationHealthcare setting familiarity

Required

Must have active DC licensure required at time of hire (LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, LPC, or equivalent)

Prior outpatient behavioral health experience

Comfort with short-term treatment models and interdisciplinary collaboration

Familiarity with working within a healthcare setting and hospital setting

Preferred

Maryland and Virginia licensure strongly preferred

Willingness to obtain MD and VA licensure within the first year of employment (company supported)
