Ellie Mental Health is expanding across South Florida and seeking psychotherapists to join their clinic serving Lake Worth and surrounding areas. As a Registered Intern, you will provide direct clinical services under supervision and gain valuable hands-on experience in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct clinical services to clients under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional
Provide evidence-based therapy to individuals, families, and groups
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers, families, and community partners
Actively engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required by Florida state regulations
Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and community outreach
Maintain required caseloads (Full-Time: 25 client visits/week)
Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Master’s degreeActive Florida registrationMulticultural competenceOffice 365 proficiencyEHR systems proficiencyDocumentation efficiencySpanish-speakingCommunication skills

Required

Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
Active Florida registration (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI)
Multicultural competence and strong communication skills
Ability to complete documentation efficiently
Proficiency with Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant a plus)

Preferred

Spanish-speaking a plus
