Responsibilities
Translate business and finance requirements into well-architected solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP or Oracle Fusion HCM
Design and oversee the implementation of technical components, including integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP APIs), data migration (HDL, FBDI), and reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher)
Lead solution design across Financials/HCM modules such as: Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, ORC, Compensation, Procurement,General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Projects, Budgetary Control and Expenses
Administer, configure, and enhance EPM Planning applications and Narrative Reporting solutions aligned with enterprise planning and reporting needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure Financials, HCM and EPM processes are integrated, scalable, and compliant with business standards
Guide development teams through solution design, code reviews, and deployment
Provide oversight of testing strategies including regression, UAT, and production validation
Continuously monitor and adopt new features in Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle HCM Cloud and EPM releases to drive innovation
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP/Oracle EBS with at least 4 years in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials or Oracle Fusion HCM
Experience architecting ERP Financials solutions across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and related sub-ledgers OR experience architecting HCM solutions across Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence, Compensation, ORC and Talent
Strong SQL, PLSQL, and Oracle Cloud security expertise
Knowledge of administering or enhancing Oracle EPM Planning or Narrative Reporting
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and functional stakeholders
Must be able to legally work in the US without Visa sponsorship
Preferred
Prior experience leading large Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM Cloud implementations or transformations
Oracle ERP Cloud and/or Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s)
Knowledge of EPM integration with ERP Financials, including connected planning and reporting frameworks
Prior experience with VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) for building user-friendly custom applications and extensions
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, FBDI, OTBI, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP web services
Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies
