Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to billing leadership
Assist with home health billing processes, including claim submission, corrections, and follow-up
Work directly in WellSky (Kinnser) to review, track, and support billing workflows
Support Accounts Receivable (AR), denials, and billing issue resolution
Coordinate with clinical, intake, and administrative teams to obtain missing documentation
Maintain accurate billing records and reports
Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and billing-related projects
Ensure timely and accurate reimbursement in compliance with Medicare guidelines
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of Home Health billing experience
At least 1 year of WellSky (Kinnser) experience
Strong understanding of Medicare home health billing regulations
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
