They are seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to handle complex litigation matters, draft legal documents, and collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies.

Responsibilities
Handle a variety of complex litigation matters, including civil, white-collar defense, and securities cases
Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and responses
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis across a range of litigation topics
Participate in internal investigations and client interviews
Work collaboratively with partners and senior associates on litigation strategy, case management, and client communication
Prepare for and assist with depositions, hearings, and trials
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to deadlines and detail
Qualification
Required
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Connecticut Bar
Exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Preferred
Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in a law firm or judicial clerkship
Judicial clerkship experience strongly preferred but not required
