Key Account Manager - Digital Pathology
Metric is a global brand in digital pathology, seeking a Key Account Manager to focus on CRO and Pharma customers. The role involves owning and growing strategic accounts, developing account strategies, and building long-term partnerships to drive revenue growth in clinical research and drug development.
Responsibilities
Own and grow strategic accounts at the center of clinical research and drug development
Lead complex accounts end-to-end, developing account strategies, expanding existing relationships, and identifying new opportunities across global customers
Work closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to shape tailored solutions, negotiate agreements, and build partnerships
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing key accounts in the life sciences sector, specifically with CRO and Pharma customers
Ability to develop and implement account strategies
Strong relationship-building skills
Experience in negotiating agreements
Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and technical teams
Understanding of scientific and operational challenges in clinical research and drug development
Proven track record of driving revenue growth
Preferred
Experience in digital pathology or related fields
Familiarity with regulated environments
Experience in shaping tailored solutions for clients
