The company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Blockchain Engineer to develop and maintain GoLang applications and design DVT solutions.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain GoLang applications
Design and implement Distributed Validator Technology (DVT) solutions
Conduct research and develop solutions for protocol security, networking, and scalability
Create simulations to test and validate blockchain solutions
Contribute to the open-source community and participate in relevant discussions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Debug and troubleshoot complex issues
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and distribute knowledge
Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of GoLang development experience
Strong understanding of various consensus mechanisms
Familiarity with cryptography (RSA, BLS, ECC)
Working experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically and creatively
Preferred
Experience with building/contributing to blockchain projects (especially Ethereum) - Huge Advantage
Experience with p2p networks (especially libp2p) - Huge Advantage
Knowledge of Blockchain Staking Protocols / specifically Ethereum - Huge Advantage
Experience with working with technical spec (advantage)
