Partner Success Lead
Journify Learning is an evidence-based AI assistant that maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of special education teams. The Partner Success Lead will serve as a trusted advisor to school and district partners, guiding them from onboarding to implementation and ensuring they derive meaningful value from the platform.

Responsibilities
Build and manage strong relationships with school and district partners throughout their journey - from pilot to full implementation
Lead onboarding and training experiences that set educators up for success and drive adoption
Monitor account health and engagement, proactively identifying risks and ensuring districts see ongoing value
Serve as the go-to expert on our platform, helping users navigate challenges and drive outcomes
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to inform messaging, product improvements, and growth opportunities
Help create and maintain support resources and communications that inspire and inform our educator community
Qualification
Required
2-4 years of experience in SaaS implementation or customer success
2+ years of experience as a teacher, administrator, or instructional coach
Deep understanding of K-12 special educator needs, timelines, and challenges
Passionate about improving education, especially for students in special education
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Tech-savvy and analytical, with the ability to interpret data and learn new tools quickly
A collaborative team player who brings energy, initiative, and a solutions oriented mindset
