Sales Manager

Support the development and execution of effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive market growth
Execute approved sales plans and consistently meet or exceed assigned targets
Identify and develop new business opportunities, assessing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that create value
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to understand client requirements and address concerns
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that clearly articulate the value proposition of Aeras Aviation’s products and services
Negotiate pricing and contract terms, ensuring mutually beneficial and commercially sound agreements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including New Business Development, marketing, operations, and finance to align sales initiatives with organizational goals
Share market intelligence, customer feedback, and insights to support product development and marketing strategies
Lead and motivate a high-performing sales and sales-support team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration
Provide training and guidance to Sales Executives to support their development and achievement of objectives
Ensure full compliance with the organization’s Code of Conduct and workplace policies
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales management within the aviation aftermarket
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to deliver tailored solutions
Excellent relationship management skills with key clients and stakeholders
Ability to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations
Strong negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms
