Responsibilities
Own the product roadmap. Define and execute the strategy for our AI marketing agent platform, from initial concept to scaled product-market fit
Lead 0-to-1 execution. Drive rapid iteration and validation in our early stage, turning ambiguity into clear product direction and shipped features
Deeply understand our users. Conduct extensive research with US-based marketers and enterprises to identify high-impact problems worth solving with AI
Bridge AI and user value. Translate cutting-edge AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes for customers
Collaborate across functions. Partner tightly with engineering, design, AI research, and go-to-market teams to build and launch products that resonate
Define success metrics. Establish clear KPIs, track product performance, and use data to inform prioritization and investment decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven in complex products. You've shipped and scaled sophisticated B2B SaaS platforms—ideally workflow-heavy or automation products. You understand how to simplify complexity without losing power
US market expertise. You have direct experience building products for American enterprises or mid-market customers. You know how US buyers evaluate software, what drives adoption, and how to win in competitive markets
Zero-to-one operator. You've been an early product hire at a startup (or equivalent intrapreneurial experience). You know how to move fast with limited resources, validate assumptions cheaply, and build conviction through experimentation
AI fluent. You understand how LLMs, agents, and autonomous systems work under the hood. You stay current on AI research and can separate hype from genuine product opportunities. You have hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features
Mission-driven. You're genuinely excited about AI's potential to transform marketing and operations. You want to join a small, ambitious team where your work directly shapes the company's trajectory
Preferred
Technical background or strong fluency working with engineering and AI teams
Track record of launching successful products in competitive, fast-moving markets
Experience pricing and packaging B2B SaaS products
