New Grad, Entry LevelPadgett Law Group is seeking a Bankruptcy Specialist to monitor cases and ensure all court deadlines are met. The role involves maintaining case management systems, communicating with clients and outside parties, and providing support to attorneys in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met
Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases
Communicate with outside parties during entire bankruptcy process
Develop and maintain congenial relationships with business associates and clients
Provide exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction
Provide support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere
Qualification
Required
Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service
Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrower, clients, attorneys, other internal employees, and outside parties
Must be able to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner
Must possess exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change
Attention to detail is a must
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to navigate and multi-task through multiple systems
High-level proficiency in MS Office suite
Preferred
Prior legal support or bankruptcy experience preferred but not required
