Disneyland Architectural Engineering Intern, Fall 2026

The Walt Disney Company is seeking an Architectural Engineering Intern for the Disneyland Resort. This internship program is designed to develop professional skills while assisting Architects and Engineers on various projects related to attractions, maintenance, and entertainment.

Responsibilities

Assist project Architects in all phases of project work, from drafting, on-site as-built documentation, code research/ analysis, design coordination with outside design consultants, field data collection, light design/ production work, construction administration, and project closeout documentation for a variety of projects ranging in scope from minor rehabs to building new facilities

Required

Prior related work experience is desired, including co-op/intern programs with a focus on architecture or construction
Demonstrated/proven strong leadership, technical and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with demonstrated initiative - able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
Availability to work various shifts commensurate with project requirements
Senior or Graduate student currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master's Degree at an NAAB accredited 5-year College or University studying Architecture
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher as shown on a transcript
Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application posting OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship
Be at least 18 years of age
Possess unrestricted work authorization
Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or Disney College Program
Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines
Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
Fully available Monday thru Friday, PST for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Anaheim, CA area
Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work

Preferred

Experience working with AutoCAD, REVIT and/or BIM (Building Information Modeling)
