This role will focus on implementing and optimizing enterprise learning technologies, utilizing AI-driven tools and gamification to enhance learning experiences.

Responsibilities
Own and manage enterprise learning platforms (LMS/LXP and integrated tools)
Partner with global stakeholders to design scalable, technology-enabled learning solutions
Ensure seamless integration with HRIS, CRM, and other enterprise systems
Design and deploy SmartWinnr AI role-play simulations for skill development and scenario-based training
Create and manage AI agents to deliver personalized learning experiences and virtual coaching
Design and implement gamification strategies to increase learner participation and motivation
Utilize tools such as Qstream, Kahoot!, and similar platforms to create interactive learning experiences
Work closely with Global and US L&D, IT, and business teams
Act as a trusted advisor on learning technology best practices and emerging trends
Monitor learner analytics and performance data
Recommend enhancements to improve learning effectiveness and engagement
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in learning technology implementation and management
Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: ACTO, Allego, MindTickle, SmartWinnr, SuccessFactors, or similar LMS/LXP systems
Proven experience designing and delivering AI-driven learning solutions
Experience implementing gamification frameworks
Strong communication and collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional environment
Working knowledge of learner analytics and performance measurement
Preferred
Experience integrating learning platforms with HRIS, CRM, or enterprise systems
Certifications in learning technology, instructional systems, or AI applications in education
