Responsibilities

Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their problems and needs
Gather, document, and analyze business needs and requirements
Process map current state, identify areas for improvement, and capture updates for documentation and change management
Analyze existing processes for improvement opportunities or gaps
Identify business problems and, as needed, design technical solutions

Required

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Business, Management Information Systems, or a related field of study
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future

Documentation and writing skills: ability to document requirements for both technical and end-user teams
Excellent time management and listening skills
Strong verbal communication skills: ability to speak to technical and end-user audiences
Ability to find creative solutions to meet or exceed business needs
Experience with Google Docs and Spreadsheets, Microsoft Office
Experience with Jira & Confluence
