Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
Qualification
Required
Ability to understand and follow instructions provided orally and in tax booklets, rebate claim instructions and reference guides, and accurately communicate that information to the public
Ability to file and retrieve information on a personal computer
Ability to keep categorical log records on such information as the amount, type, or disposition of resources
Ability to answer telephones and assist callers
Possess excellent customer service skills, as you will be working directly with the public

You must be willing to work in the Pittsburgh field office, located at 411 7th Avenue, Suite 420, Pittsburgh, PA 15219
You must be interested in a temporary position with an anticipated end date approximately 4-6 months after the start date
You must provide your date of birth and social security number
You must be able to perform essential job functions
This position will have access to Federal Tax Information (FTI) and is subject to the provisions of IRS Publication 1075 (Pub 1075) which requires you to pass an enhanced background check prior to beginning employment
