This role is ideal for a student or emerging professional who wants hands-on experience in real-world marketing, content creation, brand development, and event promotion.
Consumer Services
Responsibilities
Create content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Assist with post scheduling and content calendars
Capture on-site photos and videos (events, shooters, landscapes, staff, facilities)
Help develop reels, stories, and short-form video content
Write captions and basic copy aligned with brand voice
Support campaigns for events, holidays, memberships, and promotions
Assist with graphic design needs (Canva/Adobe templates, flyers, posters, signage)
Help manage email marketing content and newsletters
Support website content updates and basic SEO projects
Assist with on-site event marketing and content creation
Support event promotion campaigns
Help document corporate events, community days, and special shoots
Assist with merchandise and brand collateral launches
Track engagement metrics and content performance
Help organize digital asset libraries
Assist with marketing documentation and planning
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in marketing, branding, social media, or communications
Familiarity with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content trends
Comfortable with content creation (photo/video/copy)
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in an outdoor environment
Availability on some weekends for events/content capture
Preferred
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools
Photography or videography experience
Interest in outdoor recreation, sports, or community branding
Marketing, communications, business, design, or media studies background
Include social media accounts, portfolio, or sample content
