Responsibilities
Administer comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor patient conditions, interpret vital signs, and manage life-support equipment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and update patient care plans
Document patient progress and respond promptly to emergencies
Adhere to hospital protocols and maintain a safe environment
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience
Valid RN licensure with ICU nursing experience
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification is required or must be obtained within the first three weeks on assignment
Ability to work night shifts from 7:15 PM to 7:15 AM
Candidates must have a permanent address more than 50 miles from the facility
Professional appearance with royal blue scrubs as required
