Maintain and update clinical competencies required for each care area to ensure high standards of patient care
Supervise and delegate care tasks to ancillary staff in accordance with their professional scope and training
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure seamless transitions within care settings
Qualification
Required
Nursing degree
Active registered nurse (RN) license
Minimum 1+ years RN experience required
Preferred
Current RN licensure with step-down nursing experience preferred
Ability to adapt to diverse clinical environments such as ICU, Med-Surg, and ER
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage care coordination and team delegation
Commitment to maintaining professional nursing standards and continuous learning
