Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage MobileConnect within Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement
Build and maintain triggered and journey-based SMS campaigns, including transactional and promotional use cases
Develop data-driven messaging solutions using contacts, master subscribers, and sendable data extensions
Implement dynamic SMS content using AMPscript and personalization logic
Support multi-brand and multi-business-unit architectures, ensuring proper data segmentation and governance
Partner with marketing and compliance teams to ensure opt-in/opt-out, subscription, and consent management meet regulatory standards (TCPA, CAN-SPAM, etc.)
Troubleshoot and optimize SMS delivery, performance, and subscriber experience
Contribute to best practices, documentation, and scalable SMS frameworks

Required

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MobileConnect focus)

Understanding of contact keys, subscriber keys, and data relationships

Preferred
