Responsibilities
Based on the company's business model, develop a clear international market entry strategy
Define priority markets, entry sequence, stage objectives, and exit conditions
Break down the "internationalization vision" into executable phased plans
Design and promote the launch plan for the first batch of international markets
Establish market promotion, customer acquisition, and cooperation models suitable for the early stages
Quickly verify assumptions and adjust strategies in the early stages of launch
Participate in defining international brand positioning and core narrative
Ensure that brand expression in different markets is both consistent and locally adapted
Avoid brand fragmentation or market misjudgment
Participate in the design of international market-related organizations and positions
Establish collaboration mechanisms between headquarters and overseas markets
Prevent a long-term disconnect between "headquarters logic" and "local execution."
Defining the most critical early assessment metrics for international markets
Establishing market review and decision feedback mechanisms
Providing management with an information base for judging whether to "continue, accelerate, or adjust"
Qualification
Required
20+ years of experience in marketing, international business, or general management
At least one experience leading or deeply participating in the process of building an international market from scratch
Able to clearly answer why certain markets should be entered first
Able to clearly answer why some markets should not be entered now
Able to make judgments with incomplete information and clear time constraints
Able to deeply collaborate with the founding team, rather than simply executing predetermined instructions
