Responsibilities
Design and develop generative AI models that produce context-aware dialogue
Fine-tune and evaluate generative AI models for consistency and content standards
Implement conversation history and context tracking
Develop and test for topic and persona consistency
Develop content safety and alarming content detection methods
Utilize relevance scoring and intent recognition to guide dialogue generation
Work closely with a Conversational Designer to integrate generative AI into chatbot flow
Collaborate with other technical and content teams

Proven experience in developing and deploying generative LLMs, prompt engineering, conversational AI, and implementing content guardrails
Design and develop generative AI models that produce context-aware dialogue

Develop content safety and alarming content detection methods

Portfolio showcasing completed projects and products centered on conversational AI
Experience with sentiment analysis, discourse analysis
