Responsibilities
Contribute to research and product development projects, providing technical analysis, design input, and troubleshooting
Evaluate and recommend technology options and engineering solutions for system, process, or facility improvements, optimizing for safety, efficiency, performance, and cost
Perform technical planning, system integration, verification, and validation; analyze alternatives and trade-offs including cost, risk, and supportability
Work on real-world engineering projects in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
Develop technical expertise through training, engineering talks, and guest speakers
Attend professional development workshops to strengthen career-building skills
Receive mentorship from experienced engineers and build lasting professional relationships
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program or higher in Engineering or a related discipline
Fields of Study: Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Manufacturing, Materials, Packaging, Biomedical, Chemical, Industrial, Aerospace, Petroleum, Bioengineering, Safety, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Systems Engineering
Ability to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
High school seniors graduating Spring 2026 or first-year college students in science or engineering programs
Expected college graduation: Spring 2029 or Spring 2030
Must be 18+ at the start of the internship
