Minimum 5+ years in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL development
Expertise in APEX 22.x or later ( preferably 24.2 )
Strong SQL/PLSQL, Oracle 19c, REST API, JSON/XML
Experience with Oracle Forms 12c and Fusion Middleware
Familiarity with Git, Azure DevOps, and responsive UI design
Strong communication, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
Migrate Oracle Forms/Reports to APEX
Develop responsive APEX apps with secure, scalable architecture
Write and optimize SQL/PLSQL code
Build reports and dashboards (Power BI, BI Publisher )
Integrate APEX with REST APIs and Oracle Forms (until decommissioned)
Implement security (auth/auth), performance tuning, and CI/CD
Collaborate with stakeholders and document solutions
Provide training and knowledge transfer
Qualification
Required
