Responsibilities

Perform trade settlement and confirmation processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely execution while resolving discrepancies
Responsible for global bank account management, including account openings, closures, signatory updates, and KYC compliance
Lead treasury technology initiatives, including improvements to the Treasury Management System (Kyriba) and integrations
Serve as the liaison between internal finance teams and external banking partners, addressing complex operational banking needs and ensuring efficient service levels
Complete the issuance and management of standby letters of credit
Monitor and ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
Support the preparation of audit documentation and compliance reviews
Assist in M&A integration efforts, proactively identifying treasury impacts and ensuring seamless transition of treasury and banking operations
Contribute to and drive process automation and efficiency improvements
Prepare journal entries related to settlements and ad hoc payments at month-end
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives to improve treasury operations and governance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience in Corporate Treasury or related field
Solid understanding of banking systems, payment methods, and treasury operations
Experience with trade settlement and confirmation processes, including automation tools
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat
Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (Kyriba preferred) and financial software
High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
Strong ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with others

Preferred

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus
