They are seeking a Remote Bookkeeper to manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple clients, ensuring accurate financial workflows and month-end closes.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end bookkeeping for multiple US-based clients: record journal entries, maintain the general ledger, and deliver clean month-end closes
Perform daily transaction categorization and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple bank and credit card accounts to ensure accurate cash positions
Run accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows—invoice customers, process vendor bills, manage collections, and reconcile vendor statements
Process payroll and associated payroll-related entries using cloud payroll systems; coordinate payroll tax filings and withholdings with external partners as needed
Maintain books in QuickBooks Online or Xero; set up and manage Bill.com workflows and automation to reduce manual effort and improve controls
Prepare concise monthly financial reports and variance analyses for leadership; support external CPA preparation for taxes and audits
