Responsibilities
Partner with key stakeholders to assess operations and implement financial processes
Ensure financial data accuracy in the ERP system, including projects, inventory, and work orders
Collaborate with project, operations, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve company objectives
Analyze financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability metrics
Develop financial reports and dashboards to track KPIs such as headcount, scrap, and inventory
Establish and implement strong internal controls
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Support month-end and year-end closing, capital planning, inventory, tax, audit, and ERP initiatives
Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis for process improvements and investment decisions
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and industry regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum of 5 years in manufacturing controllership/accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment
Expertise in revenue recognition methods, including percentage of completion
Strong knowledge of standard costing methodology
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
Proficiency in ERP systems (AX Dynamics a plus) and Microsoft Office applications
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to identify, lead, and execute process improvements
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred (or in progress)
