Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough evaluation of the Oracle HCM system, focusing on configuration, design, and structure across Core HR, Time and Absence, and Compensation modules

Develop and present a comprehensive roadmap for system improvements, prioritizing based on business impact and technical complexity

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and provide expert guidance on Oracle HCM capabilities

Facilitate discovery sessions and document findings, ensuring alignment with industry best practices

Serve as a trusted advisor, supporting decision-making processes with strategic insights and recommendations

Required
