Assisting with merchandise display and organization in the retail store
Managing inventory
Providing excellent customer service during sales transactions
Supporting the Merchandise Manager with daily store operations
Helping with promotions
Creating an inviting shopping experience for guests
Qualification
Required
Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
Customer Service experience and basic Sales abilities to contribute to retail success
Solid Organization skills, with the ability to manage inventory and maintain a tidy store environment
Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
High School diploma or equivalent; pursuing higher education is advantageous
Preferred
Passion for sports and retail is a plus
