Account Executive - Digital Marketing Business Development
ATRA is a top paid media agency recognized for its excellence in the industry. They are seeking an Outlier who is early in their career to join their sales team, focusing on consultative selling and business development while collaborating with senior leadership and delivery teams.

Responsibilities
Work inbound leads from paid media, website forms, referrals, and partnerships
Build and execute outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, account-based outreach)
Research and create target account lists aligned with ATRA’s ideal customer profiles
Conduct discovery calls to qualify prospects and understand business needs
Prepare call notes, summaries, and internal handoffs to senior sales leadership
Assist with proposal creation, pricing coordination, and sales presentations
Collaborate closely with paid media, analytics, and leadership teams
Maintain accurate CRM records and track pipeline activity
Learn how high-value digital marketing deals are structured, sold, and closed
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or a client-facing role
Comfortable working both inbound leads and outbound prospecting
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Coachable mindset with a desire to learn consultative, value-based selling
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations at once
Interest in digital marketing, paid media, analytics, or B2B services
Self-starter mentality—Outliers take ownership, not excuses
Preferred
Experience with CRM tools, outbound email tools, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
