Responsibilities
Design and develop power conversion systems (DC-DC, AC-DC, DC-AC) for high-reliability and compact applications
Optimize power management architectures for efficiency, thermal performance, and system reliability
Perform PCB design, layout, and integration for high-density electronic systems
Conduct circuit modeling, simulation, and analysis to validate performance
Execute system testing, troubleshooting, and verification under demanding operating conditions
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration into final products
Prepare technical documentation and participate in design reviews and compliance processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5–10 years of experience in power electronics development
Proficiency with PCB design tools (Altium, Cadence, OrCAD, or equivalent)
Strong background in DC-DC converters, voltage regulation, and power conditioning
Familiarity with low-power, high-efficiency electronic design techniques
Knowledge of EMI/EMC considerations and thermal management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in an R&D or product-development environment
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with harsh-environment, high-voltage, high-frequency, or radiation-tolerant electronics
Experience with embedded control for power systems
Reliability testing or qualification experience for aerospace, defense, or energy applications
