Responsibilities
Deploy to any program as staffing needs dictate
Be thoroughly familiar with all policies and procedures for all program models and populations funded by DCF and DYS, including Adolescent Staff Secure, Adolescent Detention, Latency CTR
Serve as the Shift Supervisor on each assigned shift. Participate in and collaborate with all team members of the assigned program
Model, train, direct and supervise all staff while keeping with the program policies and practices
Monitor and report on program culture. Report serious incidents to the on-site supervisor or on-call administrator
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field
At least 3 years supervisory experience working with children and adolescents in residential settings
Valid Massachusetts drivers license
Must be 21+ years old
