Responsibilities

Deliver system-based training on ERP Financials modules: GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Grants, and Projects
Teach specific tasks such as journal entry creation, invoice processing, payment runs, and reconciliations
Guide users through financial dashboards, work areas, and reporting tools
Facilitate hands-on practice in sandbox environments using realistic scenarios
Provide virtual support during go-lives and training waves
Reinforce task sequencing, data standards, and proper system usage

Qualification

ERP Financial applicationsOracleTraining experienceHealthcare industry experienceUser workflows

Required

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required

Preferred

Prior hands-on experience training or using ERP Financial applications (Oracle, Workday, PeopleSoft, Blackline, etc) strongly preferred
Strong understanding of role-based access and user workflows within Oracle strongly preferred
Experience in the Healthcare or a related industry including clinical settings strongly preferred
