Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant to support our executive team in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, serving as a strategic partner and logistical anchor for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and prioritization for senior executives, often across multiple time zones
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, prep materials, and follow-ups
Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Plan and manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting
Ensure executives are prepared with necessary materials and briefings
Prepare materials for leadership meetings, board decks, and investor communications
Attend meetings as needed to capture notes, follow-ups, and action items
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with professionalism
Act as an extension of the executive in day-to-day operations, communications, and decision-making
Track key initiatives and ensure follow-through by coordinating across teams
Build strong relationships across the organization to enable effective flow of information
Process expense reports, manage vendor relationships, and support office coordination tasks
Build and refine processes for executive support, travel, calendaring, and internal communication
Support special projects and event planning on behalf of the executive team

Required

6+ years of executive assistant experience supporting C-level or VP-level leaders
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Slack, etc.)
Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment
High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building skills
Experience handling confidential information with discretion
