Responsibilities

Support the Program Manager in managing cost, schedule, performance, and contract execution
Act as an alternate point of contact for the Government Program Manager, Contracting Officer, and Contracting Officer’s Representative
Own day to day execution across tasking, staffing, and deliverables
Track program performance against the Integrated Program Baseline and resource loaded schedules
Coordinate task leads, technical leads, and subcontractors to ensure delivery alignment
Monitor risks and issues. Drive mitigation actions to closure
Prepare program status updates, metrics, and briefing materials for Government reviews
Review technical and financial inputs prior to submission to the Program Manager
Support Earned Value Management, Estimates to Complete, funds tracking, and labor reporting
Ensure contract compliance in coordination with contracts, finance, and security teams

Required

Twelve or more years of experience supporting or managing programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
Experience working multi task contracts and coordinating across multiple vendors or teams
Hands on experience with schedule tracking, deliverable management, and performance reporting
Working knowledge of Earned Value Management or comparable cost and schedule control methods
Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, DoD 5000 series, and Intelligence Community policies
Experience operating in classified environments with mission driven timelines
Ability to manage competing priorities without losing execution discipline
Comfort translating technical details into clear, actionable updates
Strong coordination skills across engineering, operations, and Government stakeholders
