AP Coordinator
Kimco Staffing Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable company in Anaheim. This role owns the full AP function and works independently, managing all aspects of accounts payable.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle accounts payable as the sole AP team member
Audit vendor invoices and perform three-way matching
Prepare and match supporting documentation
Apply use tax to invoices when needed
Handle all vendor questions and follow-ups
Prepare and print weekly check runs
Review and process expense reports (ExpenseWire)
Set up wire transfers through the bank portal
Prepare GL account reconciliations and adjusting entries as requested
Collect W-9s, prepare, and file year-end 1099s
Obtain vendor liability insurance when required
Assist with month-end close activities
Qualification
Required
Strong accounts payable experience with three-way match
Comfortable working independently and managing deadlines
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Preferred
Solid Excel skills required; VLOOKUPs and pivot tables preferred
