Responsibilities
Drive the complete customer journey: first 30/60/90 days, workflow setup, ongoing health, and renewals
Serve as the strategic lead for brand stakeholders—building trust, driving adoption, and delivering measurable ROI
Convert client goals into AI-powered visual content strategies across product pages, campaigns, and channels
Lead customers through deploying and optimizing AI imagery, video, and emerging capabilities
Surface insights, run performance reviews, and build success roadmaps that expand product value
Spot and pursue expansion opportunities: new brands in a portfolio, new teams, new use cases
Partner with product and engineering to bring customer needs into roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
5+ years in customer success, account management, or client leadership with enterprise brands. Experience at a high-growth or AI-focused company is a strong plus
Working knowledge of e-commerce, retail, or creative marketing: visual content, digital assets, campaign execution
Genuine curiosity about AI: you've used tools like ChatGPT or Midjourney, or experimented with automation workflows
Strong EQ and communication skills—able to advise VPs, creative directors, and e-commerce leads with credibility
Track record of growth: promotions, expanded scope, or outsized impact in previous roles
Based in or near NYC and excited to be in the room with clients regularly
Preferred
Experience rolling out AI or automation tools inside enterprise organizations
Background in visual content production, DAM platforms, or studio operations
History supporting fashion, beauty, or high-growth retail brands
Built or contributed to customer onboarding, training, or enablement programs
