Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices to clients and customers
Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments
Post payments to customer accounts and reconcile discrepancies
Follow up on past - due accounts via phone, email, or written correspondence
Maintain accurate and up - to - date customer records
Resolve billing inquiries and disputes in a professional manner
Prepare aging reports and accounts receivable summaries
Support the month - end closing by providing the necessary reports and documentation
Work with other departments to resolve billing - related issues
Ensure compliance with company credit policies and accounting standards
Qualification
Required
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity
Familiarity with basic accounting principles and financial reporting
Experience with Microsoft Excel and data entry
Legal status that allows for long-term work in the United States
Preferred
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred
At least 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role, with experience in billing, collections, and reconciliation processes is preferred
Big 4 (2+ years) experience is strongly desired
Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Chinese and English
