Senior Vice President of Sales
HireNetworks is a fast-growing tech company based in Raleigh, NC, disrupting the personal lines insurance industry. They are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to manage a growing team of sales agents, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management to drive sales success.
Responsibilities
Recruiting: Proven ability to hire great talent, targeting top sales agents and integrating them into the team
Onboarding: Implement a systemic training program for new hires focusing on the value proposition and ramping them into successfully selling across multiple states
Coaching: A strong focus on helping employees improve their performance
Targeted Performance Management: Focus on accurate and effective performance data for agents and implement performance improvement initiatives where needed
Great Alignment with the Executive Team: Develop strong relationships and synergy with other executives to collaborate to maximize yield throughout the entire funnel
Technology Adoption: Aggressively push to deploy highly effective automation and nurture sequences
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as an executive team member of a private-equity-backed or public company
High-velocity sales experience with a deep understanding of sales methodologies, go-to-market strategies and revenue operations
Strong financial acumen in the ability to analyze revenue metrics and forecasting
Strategic thinking with the ability to align revenue strategy with overall business objectives
Data-driven decision making and comfort with analytics tools and CRM platforms
Expertise in pipeline management and customer lifecycle optimization
High EQ leader with a high level of intellectual curiosity; capable of evaluating process and organizational design, committed to establishing a culture of innovation and accountability, and unafraid to reassess and restructure the existing organization
A strong recruiter of sales talent who people are excited to come work for – and who has built and scaled a high-performing sales organization
