Responsibilities
Perform prefab framing tasks, including trusses, walls, and floors
Work independently and collaboratively with a crew
Accurately measure, cut, and assemble framing lumber
Utilize basic construction tools such as a tape measure and nail gun
Attend a safety orientation on the first day at Hugo and be on site daily
Qualification
Required
1+ year of stick/wood framing experience
Proficiency in prefab framing and framing carpentry
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
Capability to haul own tools
Reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience in commercial construction and general labor
Knowledge of rough carpentry and truss work
