Responsibilities
Managing a high volume of portfolio cash movement (moving money from account to account)
Bank management to maximize interest returns for cash holding, maintain sufficient cash position, manage 200+ different investments daily and responsible for the processing of capital calls daily for those investments properly
Manage equity accounts accuracy (must be able to maintain proper calculations for realizing the equity account is accurate)
Preparing K-1s for tax purposes
Reconciling balance sheets
Providing all necessary reporting and supporting documents to Tax CPA firm
Accounting for high volume of intercompany transactions
Managing the insurance payments for all the family office different entities
Research the transaction details for accuracy
Qualification
Required
Must be able to commit to a 3 – 6 month project
Previous experience and successful track-record as a Controller of a family office
Active CPA license in Texas is Required
Must have experience working with high net worth “hands on” individuals
