Qualification
Required
Associate or Bachelor's in Histotechnology
ASCP or AMT Certification
1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience
Proven experience and proficiency in Histology laboratory techniques
Ability to prepare and analyze tissue specimens with precision and attention to detail
Familiarity with laboratory safety and quality control standards
Strong organizational skills to manage workflow efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Effective communication skills for collaboration with medical staff and team members
