Qualification
Required
Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk Support skills
Experience with operating systems, LAN, Networks, Windows Servers. Experience in installing Access Points, Basic Troubleshooting
Knowledge and expertise in printers setup and troubleshooting
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely on call basis some times on weekends
Travel to clients locations anytime to solve PC, Network issues on demand
Preferred
Relevant certifications in computer support or related field are a plus
