End-to-end ownership of tasks, driving deliverables, and managing fast-paced projects efficiently
Technical Project Management skills with Focus on SAP Icertis
Strong understanding of how tools interact, process knowledge, and functional expertise in Icertis
Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate iCertis problems
Trouble shoot API integration issues with iCertis
Implement advanced configurations within the iCertis platform, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
Manage changes to the platform effectively, following established change management processes
Identify and resolve data integrity issues within the platform, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Ability to proactively solve problems and figure things out without constant supervision or frequent escalation

Strong understanding of how tools interact, process knowledge, and functional expertise in Icertis

Ability to proactively solve problems and figure things out without constant supervision or frequent escalation
Flexibility to align with the primary time zone (PST), with resources expected to support across various time zones as needed
Prior involvement in similar implementations and capability to support majority of work hours as required
