Responsibilities
Assist with the gathering of Government-prepared documentation for contract actions and proposals, ensuring task order completion in accordance with established policies and procedures
Assist with various directorate-related administrative tasks and track spreadsheets (dynamic Excel spreadsheets) based on purchases made by the Government and/or the contractor for research-related items
Maintain and organize Government-prepared research documents
Confirm sponsored monthly, quarterly, and annual reports are in accordance with sponsor guidelines and templates
Assist in coordinating conference room reservations
Verify Government-prepared documentation is available for various research meetings
Coordinate and schedule directorate meetings; take minutes and provide them to the Director
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree plus one (1) year of experience
Demonstrated ability to gather and organize documentation for contract actions and proposals
Proficiency in tracking spreadsheets and maintaining research documents
Strong skills in coordinating meetings and ensuring compliance with sponsor guidelines
Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing administrative tasks
