Assisting with entity formations, maintenance, and dissolutions
Supports mergers and acquisitions as well as other corporate transactions
Working through the process of corporate governance documents, including board and shareholder resolutions
Coordinating with outside counsel
Meeting with clients
Support contract management processes, including organizing and summarizing agreements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5-10 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal role
Strong knowledge of corporate governance and entity management
Excellent organizational and document management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
