Responsibilities
Manage the full real estate transaction process, ensuring compliance and accuracy from contract to close
Prepare and review files, generate invoices, broker demands, and compliance reports
Support agents by providing robust onboarding and training, monitoring deadlines, coordinating with escrow/title, and ensuring all documents are properly submitted
Train and support agents on transaction procedures, compliance systems, and company tools
Oversee day-to-day office operations including opening/closing, mail distribution, supply management, and vendor coordination
Maintain an organized office environment and assist with scheduling, meetings, and company events
Provide administrative support to leadership and team members as needed
Qualification
Required
Transaction coordinator experience - VERY IMPORTANT
Has a real estate license
Super organized and a problem-solver
Go-getter and wants to be part of building something
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
Proficiency with real estate software or ability to learn quickly
A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous real estate or transaction coordination experience preferred (RE license a plus)
