Responsibilities
Candidate will report to the VP/GM and will have a strong working relationship with the Divisional CFO
Responsible for leading month end close of $500M operation
Candidate will have accountability over cost and reporting function
Review and analyze plant inventory transactions
Responsible for leading month end close process
Analyzes financial data obtained through studies to determine effects of costs on business
Provide executive leadership with detailed reports for use in making business decisions and controlling expenditures
Participate in projects and support CFO, VP/GM, and Operations Leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar field is required
Advanced degree/and or certification preferred (CPA, CMA, MBA, MSA, etc..)
Candidate should have at least 3-5 years of Plant/Manufacturing based Controller/Accounting Leadership experience
Experience leading month end close process
Targeting 'Business Partner' with General Management/Operations (in context to 'resource')
