Responsibilities
Oversee our full-cycle recruiting
Sourcing candidates through various channels
Planning interview and selection procedures
Hosting or participating in career events
Develop long-term recruiting strategies
Nurture trusting relationships with potential hires
Conducting New Hire Orientation sessions
Preparing new hire/general employee training packets and maintaining them in good supply
Maintaining all personnel records and files
Processing all changes in Lawson
Assisting in organizing all employee activities and in-services
Overseeing the loss control program
Other duties as assigned or directed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of two years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in a health care setting
Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), such as iCIMS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
Microsoft Office: 1 year
Preferred
HRCI Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or SHRM Certified Professional certification (SHRM-CP)
Human Resources: 1 year
